Today's craft was two-part:
#1 Make paint blobs for a later project in the week
#2 Use your imagination to work with wikki stix
The paint blobs turned out amazing - take a look-
Do you see a cupcake?
We used card stock to make it more sturdy with acrylic paint.
Approximately 145 paint blobs!!
Can you find the giraffe?
So cool!!
Lots of butterflies too!
The children were really surprised by the results.
I know they will be thrilled to see them dry and ready for the next part!
I can't wait to see what the children create with them!

Wikki Stix
Wikki Stix are waxy string that beg for your imagination!
Children love playing with them!
Once you teach a few basics, let the children's imagination run wild to see what they can create!

As you can tell we had such a wonderful time in Imagination Station today!
Each child left with their own packet of Wikki Stix.
They were excited to take them home to show their parents what they could create!
Thanks to my fabulous volunteers and all the teachers that make craft time so successful!
It is so much fun seeing so many smiles!!
